Free style Aerobics: This class incorporates exercises from Hi/Lo Aerobics, Kick boxing, Zumba, Zumba Step and many current formats.  Class starts with a warm up and muscle stretching, a bell curve main class, and follows with core conditioning and muscle stretching.  

Mat Pilates: The class is structured to accommodate from beginner to advanced.  This is a group setting were Pilates mat exercises are taught.
