WV Real Estate Salesperson Course - All information pertaining to the course can be found at the WV Real Estate Commission website.

Courses meets on Monday's and Wednesday from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm.  The course will meet in the fall starting in August and ending in November.  There is a spring course that starts in January and ends in May.

The cost of the course is $520.25 which includes the book.

The application fee to the WV Real Estate Commission and exam fee has an estimated cost of $130.00 and is not included in cost of the class.

Sign Language - This course is designed to develop the skills and knowledge needed to communicate in American Sign Language. MTEC offers an introductory level course that establishes a beginning range of communication skills.

Italian - The Italian classes consists of elements of the language, pronunciation, grammar, exercises in reading, writing, and conversation. MTEC offers a beginning and intermediate course. 

Spanish - The Spanish classes introduce and focuses on the four key areas of foreign language study: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.  MTEC offers a beginning and intermediate course.
