Due to storm damage, all Monongalia County Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay for students on Tuesday, 4/22/2025. Also, due to power outages, there will be no school for students at Suncrest Elementary, Mason Dixon Elementary and Clay-Battelle High School on 4/22/2025.

Reminder: All Monongalia County Schools will dismiss 2 hours early on Thursday, April 17. There will be NO SCHOOL for students on Friday, April 18 & Monday, April 21.
Please note the following school calendar updates due to make-up snow days:
Wednesday, April 16 will now be a full day of instruction.
Thursday, April 17 will be a day of instruction with a 2-hour early dismissal

****Update: ****Monongalia County Schools will now have an ARCTIC ACADEMY DAY today, Wednesday, February 12.
Due to winter weather conditions, Monongalia County Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay today, Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
On Monday, the students had the opportunity to attend a presentation from the American Heart Association. We will be participating in a month long challenge to support the AHA and complete Finn's Mission. Students can be registered using the AHA Schools app to collect donations and earn prizes!
🍎 If your child is feeling unwell, watch for symptoms like fever, cough, and lethargy. Click the link to view MCS' protocol for when your child has the flu and/or a fever over 100°F.
